About Us

CoCopac is an independent, family-owned specialist converter of food-contact packaging, based in Sparkford, Somerset. We work with food manufacturers, processors and packaging distributors, supplying absorbent pads, specialist papers and other converted products for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, dairy, bakery and retail applications.

We do not manufacture paper itself. Instead, we source specialist materials and convert them into finished packaging formats suited to each application. This may involve a particular size, shape, slit, hole, coating, colour, absorbency level or presentation requirement. Our focus is on value-added products made around the customer’s needs, rather than asking them to choose from a limited range of standard formats.

Every enquiry starts with understanding how the packaging will be used. The food type, pack format, temperature, moisture or grease levels, production process and expected volumes can all influence the right material choice. Our team can work from an existing specification or sample, recommend suitable options and support sampling or trials where required.

Being family-owned means customers benefit from direct communication, continuity and responsive decision-making. Knowledge is retained within the team, and customers can speak to people who understand both the product and its application.
